Jim Norman is a gifted thinker and helps our clients take business strategy to the highest levels. He has 30+ years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and business coach. His background includes real estate management, music, and the clothing industry. He served as Zig Ziglar’s president in the 90′s and helped facilitate the two-decade relationship between Peter Lowe’s “Get Motivated” Events and The Zig Ziglar Organization. He and Tony have collaborated for over 15 years helping clients accelerate their results in countries around the globe and in dozens of industries. He and Tony co-developed the Strategic Acceleration methodology that has so positively impacted organizations daily around the world.
Scott Bennett helps Tony really connect, link people, and drive connections for real results. He has 20+ years as a magazine editor and nationally distributed award-winning newspaper columnist with the Dallas Morning News where he focused on business and politics. There he earned a reputation for connecting dots in ways that provide unique and invaluable insights. Scott brings special insight, relationships and strategic thinking to help our client partners win faster.
Eloise Worden is Chief of Staff and manages Tony’s compacted calendar, his property, the Strategic Acceleration Studio and ensures each interaction with Tony’s clients are properly prepped and that every detail is checked and doubled-checked to save our clients time. She manages the day-to-day operation of the business.
Carley Crago serves as Marketing and PR coordinator as well as Rolodex and Session Management. With energy that is endless, Carley works closely with Tony being the link to his vast library that can be pulled up within seconds. She expands relationships, ensures impeccable follow-up after every meeting, call and/or action committed to during sessions. Because Tony’s demand is ever expanding, keeping connections in place, coordinating consistent networking where value is always in place for those in Tony’s orbit, and facilitating Tony’s messages to the world is what makes her such a special asset to Tony and our clients.
Debbie Manning Sheppard is Tony’s Graphic Designer and has supported clients of Tony’s for almost a decade. They together using Tony’s specialized branding/marketing audit of 125 best practices, can produce tool development in one day equal to what takes a large agency often weeks or months to execute.
Tawnya Austin has worked alongside Tony for a decade and is instrumental in IP development, research, and presentation tools. She works with Tony and his clients to build presentations, outlines, web presence and branding/marketing. Additionally, she teams up strategically in all aspects of project execution and in determining the best plan of action for ROI and ROE (return on effort) for our client partners.
Nonie Jobe is a researcher, writer and special projects coordinator. She has worked with Tony on a very personal basis supporting him in his personal research and writing for over a dozen years. She has over 30 years’ experience as a writer/editor and assistant to college and corporate presidents as well as ministry leaders. She leverages this experience to help Tony’s clients bring their messages to life, and she does it with speed, precision, and is customer centric with a special talent and gift of caring. Our clients love Nonie’s special attention and listening discipline.
Tammy Kling has a gift of writing, having authored over 25 books. She is a connector with tons of special business colleagues and friends. She and her team ghost-write, co-author and personally author interesting works. She focuses on the top 1-percenters, and therefore is in alignment with Tony’s same desire to work with the best – those who are already successful. She coaches, advises and guides many of Tony’s clients, assisting them with literary contacts, book marketing as well as serving as a branding coach.
Sean Alexander is a seasoned researcher, providing behind-the-scenes data for many of Tony’s projects and clients. He works strategically to gather important information from a myriad of sources to better equip execution of results. He is proficient in Apple products and assists in supporting our partners with the latest software and programs and tools available at their fingertips.
Jeff Joyner is a Retail/Analytics expert with a 30 year career in many sectors of the retail industry and has amassed a network of contacts that can save months and months of time to bring a product to market, position a brand and link manufacturer with retailer for the right distribution. He has served in officer postions in wholesale, retail, mass, food, pharmacy and trade associations. He was the former president of ECRM and managed over 40 annual retail tradeshows a year.
Buz Barlow is an attorney and deal maker. Buz has been on Tony’s team for over two decades and often assists in putting deals together, shaping engagements, assisting in financing and bringing powerful paradigm-shifting solutions to the table for our clients. His background includes promotion, mortgage and ministry, serving almost a decade of his life for two ministries (World Vision and Roberts Schuller’s Chrystal Cathedral).
Larry Carpenter has been a publishing industry icon for the last two-and-a-half decades and has influenced many authors, publishers, agents, and the entire industry. He assists Tony in helping select clients research, write, print, publish, market and distribute new titles. He has served as President of Spring Arbor Distribution and Standard Publishing and as an executive for Thomas Nelson Publishing.
Jeri Dube is a barrier-breaking, challenge-ready communications professional who has served the creativity needs of both small and large companies throughout the U.S. She teams with Tony to help our executive clients get the attention of their people, the market and their customers, and partners. She thrives on the opportunity to connect companies with their audiences in unexpected and yet very effective ways.
David Boden is a financial expert and deal maker (CPA, CFP and Tony’s personal investment advisor since 1992) who serves as audit support and advisor for equity investment on special client opportunities, and is a large-scale deal-maker, to include raising capital for major opportunities.
Mark Pantak has served as Tony’s personal coach for over 20 years and provides expertise in learning resources. His superior insight has been an asset to Tony and his clients in thinking outside the box for new solutions and going to the next level. His knowledge of the seminar, advanced learning industry, and author expert is second to none.
Ron Lusk is a major connector and rain maker. He has worked with Tony over the last two decades to bring expertise together with capital to develop and grow small, medium, and even mega-companies, particularly with new inventions or innovations. Ron’s personal network combined with Tony’s puts our clients in reach to just about anyone in the world within three degrees of separation.
Michael Gade is a seasoned consultant, professor, and advisor to many great firms, including BCG. He also serves on many professional Boards. His background includes CMO of 7-11 and executive manangment of Home Depot. His business expertise and innovative mind have helped businesses accelerate their growth at exponential rates for over 30 years.
Jerome Hill has partnered with Tony to find and supply capital partners for various business development opportunities. His 20 year track record in this arena affords him valuable connection opportunities. Jerome’s history is unique and Tony and he started their relationship back in 1992. Jerome has raised over 5 billion dollars, and uniquely understands how to connect money to the right deals.
Jennifer Bagley is one of the leading thinkers in the social media, website performance, marketing, and communications industries. She has the unique perspective as the CEO of a leading international web design and social media marketing agency, and 15 years experience in operations, logistics and supply chain management for multiple Fortune 500 brands around the world. She wows our clients consistently with her web tools, thinking and expert team.
Mark Carpenter is a technology innovator and was one of the first to develop i-Apps. He has developed applications for dozens of clients and for many of our own titles. He also works in other on-line mediums to maximize technology for business results. He helps our clients from all industries expand their reach leveraging the web.
Roman Flute is masterful at building dynamic video presentations, either from slides or from live video…or the combination of the two. His creative and innovative ideas have helped Tony and his clients cost-effectively cascade consistent messaging across their organizations and to their prospective customers.
Linda & Jim McKissack are expert wealth-builders and entrepreneurs. They have built an empire being in the top percentile of their industry and have helped others strategically plan to succeed faster and better than they thought possible. Al & Michele Lucia are partners, promoters and connectors. As a husband and wife team, they uniquely understand the HR and human performance world. Don Baker is a 35-year veteran and founder of over 20 magazines, expert in print media, layout, design and ad copy Tony and his realtionship goes back to the early 90’s, and Don has been helping Tony and his clients ever since.
Roman Kikta is a 25 year wireless industry veteran, seasoned entrepreneur, venture capital investor and author. Roman is an expert in the launch and growth of new products and services. Tony’s clients are from around the globe and he has established counter parts that he’s worked with for over a decade in strategic parts of the world. These individuals know Tony’s methodologies and often co-author with him and joint venture on various assignments and opportunities.
Rony Jerusalmi is Tony’s counterpart from Mexico City. Fluent in English and educated at the University of Miami, he has co-authored, culturized and published the Spanish version of many of Tony’s most popular titles. Rony has 15+ years of experience coaching companies in Mexico, Latin America and the US Hispanic Market and teams up with Tony to speak simultaneously, video record split English/Spanish resources and to assist in driving clients’ messages at rapid speed in Spanish.
Lysander Chen has been a partner in China and other Asian countries for the past 15 years. He has assisted in many multi-national projects to serve as interpreter, consultant and liaison with Fortune 500 companies. His expertise in the world of performance is both wide and long, and he is a sought-after resource by many of the largest organizations in the world.
Masanori Izumida-san has been a strategic partner in Japan for the past decade. He has assisted in multiple projects to serve as interpreter, consultant, and liaison with Fortune 500 companies.
